Lars Toomre is a trusted advisor to firms such as Och-Ziff Capital, Deutsche Bank, Standard & Poor's, MetLife and Q Capital Strategies on complex Capital Market issues that involve analytics, technology and business integration. He has led or participated in client projects that include Enterprise Risk Management, CDOs/structured finance, complex financial engineering models, securitization, reinsurance and Sarbanes-Oxley matters.

Lars is also a financial engineering consultant for firms such as Microsoft, AMD, Streambase, and systems integrators such as Advus, Incremax, delivering scalable custom business solutions to hedge fund and other capital market clients. Lars has 25+ years of experience at the Managing Director level with former employers Munich Re, PwC, MetLife, UBS Securities, Citigroup and Lehman Brothers.

Graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics
