Bob Lombard brings a successful track record of business planning and IT consulting leadership and experience to Advus’ client projects. As a seasoned management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of industry verticals, business functions and IT, he continues to help clients understand the business issues required to maintain financial and operations control through use of technology and new business processes. Bob has been instrumental in growing client revenue by as much as 300% per year, helped clients expand sales and services into markets around the world, and implement IT systems that have provided a strategic weapon to increase market share and improve profits.

Prior to joining Advus, Bob was a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young. He was the West Region Director of Information Technology Consulting for 14 offices in 10 states. He provided business and IT consulting services to Fortune 500 companies such as Exxon, Arco, Warner Brothers Studios, Fluor Corporation, Utah Power and Light, California Casualty Insurance Company, Beverly Enterprises (the largest nursing home company in the U. S.), Sun Harbor Industries (the third largest tuna packer in the U. S.), and Schlage Lock Company. He has in-depth experience in designing and installing IT systems in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, health care, insurance, utility and energy industries. Bob was a member of Ernst & Young’s audit team, providing computer audit services and reviews of IT departments for the annual audit of major clients.
