David Arrindell brings 25+ years, large-scale and global project management leadership to Advus clients. As a former Senior Project and Program Manager with IBM, David managed both internal IBM product-related projects, as well as client-related projects in the retail, medical, financial, technology, and chemical industries. With many of these projects exceeding $10m, David was held responsible for bringing together key business and technology stakeholders, across departments, business divisions, companies, and in different languages, around the world to complete complex projects.

At Advus, we find that many Enterprise clients realize that Business Intelligence (BI) projects have far-reaching consequences that must be taken into consideration during the design, implementation and post-business process management phases. David’s expertise working globally, with all levels of technical and business management, executives and staff, is well suited to these type innovative and transformation initiatives that make BI projects so hard to manage. As a Senior Project Manager, he has an arsenal of tools and skills to help team members get beyond the hurdles that can lead to frustrations and mixed results when tackling these complex projects. 

David is proud to have been the IBM Software Group Project Manager for the $4b Lenovo IBM partner, and was part of the submission team at IBM Rochester Minnesota Research & Development facility that won the Malcolm Baldridge quality award.
